Health and wellness expert, Jillian Michaels, takes sleep just as seriously as she takes exercise.
With two young children at home, she has to prioritize her sleep to ensure she gets the eight hours she aims for every night. She recommends audiobooks to help wind down before sleep.
"When I don’t get enough sleep, I’m hungrier the next day, " said Michaels in a Huffington Post article.
