FOR OVERNIGHT SHIPPING, ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY 2:30PM CST IN ORDER TO BE RECEIVED THE NEXT DAY. ORDERS PLACED ON SATURDAY OR SUNDAY WILL BE SHIPPED ON MONDAY.

  • What if an item I order is out of stock?

Contact us via email at Customer Service advising us of  the reason for the return. Since your satisfaction is our primary goal, we will first try to remedy the issue. If we can't correct the problem to your satisfaction, we will provide you with a return authorization and special return shipping instructions via e-mail. Upon receipt of your return authorization, simply return the product to us in the condition it arrived in (and in the original packaging if possible) and we will gladly refund the product price and any applicable sales tax paid.
